Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through building relationships and assisting customers with purchases. This position will also stock products, ensure a properly displayed and maintained sales product line for optimal sell through, price product and sharing product knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Assist customers with sales of ladies clothing and accessories
- Enhance the customer’s shopping experience and create a pleasant shopping environment
- Maintain stock, displays and a clean store environment
- Perform cash register transactions including accepting payment and cash handling.
- Price product when necessary
- Assisting other store associates as needed.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate and perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ability to effectively communicate and interact, in a positive manner, with all Company personnel and external customers is also required. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Previous cash handling and cash register experience preferred.
- Ability to stand long hours during shift
- Take direction well and multitask.
- Highly organized
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Job Specifications
Part-time (approximately 10-12 hours per week), year round positions available. Must be available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays
